What is collected
When you send a brief, I receive the details you type: name, email, company, your description and, if you choose to add them, what you need, when and a link to files. Nothing is collected from the form until you press Send.
The site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
Why
To reply to your brief, prepare a quote and, if we work together, run the project.
Where it goes
Briefs are sent through Formspree, a form service whose servers are in the United States, and arrive in the studio’s email inbox. The site is hosted by Netlify. They are not shared with anyone else and are never sold.
How long it is kept
Briefs that do not turn into projects are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires for invoices and contracts.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing rotma.design@gmail.com. Israeli privacy law and, where it applies, the GDPR govern these rights.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own.
