Process & Pricing

A clear process, from first brief to final files.

Four stages, each ending in something you approve. You know the scope, timeline and fee before work begins.

The four stages

What happens,
stage by stage.

  1. 01

    Understand

A conversation, a short questionnaire and research into your market. Design starts once we agree on the problem it has to solve.

    Week 1Approved brief
  2. 02

    Define

A written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and fee. Work begins when you approve it.

  3. 03

    Design

Two or three initial directions, then the one you choose is refined into final screens or artwork, with your feedback at each step.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Every file in every format you need, with guidelines so your team, printer or developer can use the work correctly.

Pricing

Priced for your project.

  1. 01

    You share the brief

What the business does, what exists today and what you need delivered.

  2. 02

    We agree on scope

I ask the questions that define the work, so the quote reflects what you actually need.

  3. 03

    You receive a written quote

Every deliverable, the timeline and the fee, itemised in one document.

  4. 04

    Work begins on approval

Payment terms and the schedule are set out in the same document.

What shapes the fee

  • The number of deliverables and where they will be used
  • Print, packaging or merchandise applications
  • The research and definition needed before design
  • The timeline
  • Copywriting or art direction, if included

Each project is priced individually, once its goals, scope, complexity and deliverables are clear.

Common questions

Before you send a brief.

Who is ROTMA?

ROTMA is the design studio of Rotem Pinchuk, an industrial, graphic and UX/UI designer with more than eight years of experience and over 100 projects. The studio designs brand identities, packaging, logos, websites, product interfaces, motion and print.

How do we start?

Send a short brief through the form or by email. I reply with a few questions, we talk if it helps, and you receive a written proposal. Work begins once you approve it.

How do we work together?

Every engagement is a defined project, with its own scope, timeline and fee agreed in writing before work begins.

How long does a project take?

A logo usually takes two to four weeks, a brand identity four to eight and a website three to six. Your proposal sets the exact timeline, counted from when all materials are in hand. If you need it sooner, a faster timeline is available for an additional fee.

Do you work with developers?

Yes. I work alongside your development team, and the handoff includes components, states, specs and exported assets, so the design is built as intended.

What do developers and printers receive at the end?

Developers receive an organised Figma file with components, states and variants, colour, type and spacing tokens, specs and interaction notes, and exported assets. Printers receive print-ready artwork with dielines in every format and colour space needed, along with a brand book that sets the rules. Motion is delivered as video in every size, layered source files and easing and duration specs.

Do you work with startups?

Yes. Early-stage products often need a brand, a website and an interface at the same time. Covering all three keeps one visual language from the logo to the product screens.

Where are you based, and which languages do you work in?

ROTMA works remotely, in Hebrew and English, including right-to-left layouts. Copywriting for the pages I design can be added to the scope.

Can you take on part of a project?

Yes. A UX definition without visual design, a brand book for an existing identity or a single new screen can each be quoted on its own.
