Using the site
The content, photography and design of this site belong to ROTMA or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission. Project work is shown with client consent.
Quotes
Every project is priced in a written quote with scope, deliverables, timeline and price. A quote is valid for 30 days. Work begins when the quote is approved and the deposit is received.
Revisions
Up to three rounds of revisions are included unless the quote says otherwise. Further rounds, and substantial changes to requirements after a stage has been approved, are quoted separately.
Rights
Full usage rights to the final design transfer to you on completion of payment. Source and print files are included. The studio keeps the right to show the work in its portfolio and marketing.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is staged as written in the quote. Cancellation before work begins is charged at 20% of the quote; after brief approval 50%; after design approval the full amount.
Liability
I deliver production-ready files and check them, but printing, fabrication and development are carried out by third parties under your contract with them. Final proofs must be approved by you before production.
